Dosage: By weight. Pour one tablespoon of the mixture with 0.7-1 liter of boiling water. Let Infuse for 10-15 minutes, drain and store in a thermos. Drink during the day in three equal doses, preferably half an hour before meals. It is also possible to pour 1/2 teaspoon of a mixture of 200-350ml of boiling water, infuse for 10-15 minutes, drain and drink. Take 3 times a day.
