Content: 100g
Dosage: 1-2 teaspoons of powder per day is recommended, preferably mixed in food or dissolved in lukewarm water and drunk.
Milkvetch has the following health claims authorised by the EU Commission and in this mixture the effects are

Purple maize (Zea Mays) has the following permitted health claims:

Purple maize contains a superior complex of vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, C) and minerals (iron, calcium, phosphorus).
Spirulina may carry these health claims:
>Tone, vitality
>Natural defences - immune system
>Weight control
>Antioxidant
Spirulina, although often called algae, is actually a type of blue-green cyanobacteria. It gets its name from its spiral shape, which is visible under a microscope.
It is very popular among vegetarians because of its high protein content, which makes up 80 per cent of its ingredients. It has a number of health benefits - it boosts immunity, helps with weight loss, acts as an antioxidant, gives energy and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Besides plant protein, it is also a source of vitamins B, C, D, E, beta-carotene and contains calcium, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, sodium, zinc and potassium.
Note: Spirulina is not suitable for patients with phenylketonutrition. Allergic reaction may occur in people allergic to seafood.
